Return Policy – 7 Days Easy Return

At AfsarOrganics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refund will be issued to you through a bank account, easypaisa or jazzcash
